Using participant-centered, active learning techniques such as business simulations and group problem solving initiatives, as well as traditional instructional presentations, we address the issues that are vital to professional growth, career advancement and performance.
Whether your organization is an airport, international corporation, a local or regional business or a governmental entity, the presence of high performing teams, reliable teamwork and effective communication determines your success and bottom line.
Our expertise is the assessment, design and delivery of custom learning programs. All IDS services are created around individual client needs. We work with you to develop a session, class, workshop or event that is aligned with your organizational goals, purpose and unique human resources.
Dave Jeffrey is our Senior Facilitator and is usually the program designer and deliverer. We use other staff trainers and draw from our local network when necessary or appropriate for specific programs.
David Jeffrey, M.S. president of Interactive Dynamic Solutions, Inc, has been providing employee training and development since 1987. Prior to founding IDS in 1996, he spent nine years working with the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE), a professional membership association for airport management in Washington, D.C., where his main focus was creating educational programs to assist management of small and large organizations across the country. His last position held there was Vice President of Environmental Affairs and Airport Projects. David has a Bachelor's Degree in psychology and sociology, continued education in organizational behavior and a Master's Degree in human resource development. David's professional goal is to help organizations, and their people, achieve increased performance through high quality training and development programs. His professional experience has been providing training programs for airports ranging from the world's busiest large hub to regional non-hub facilities, Fortune 500 businesses, federal government agencies, membership organizations, and national and local healthcare. David has been a certified SOLO Wilderness First Responder and an ACA certified Swiftwater Rescue instructor. David is an expert whitewater kayaker, plays golf in the low 80's (otherwise it's too hot), loves snow skiing (because it is mostly down hill), rides a motorcycle (because the engine does most of the work), grew up in Northern Virginia and now lives in the Smoky Mountains of North Carolina...but will travel ANYWHERE!
