BTS is a Global Leader in Accelerating Strategic Alignment and Execution, innovating how organizations learn, change and improve. BTS provides strategy implementation consultant services to a variety of clients by closely linking engagement and skill-building to organizational priorities. With such a distributed, global workforce teams of individuals from different functional areas of the company and subject matter experts would often travel in order to collaborate and work on a development project. Ranjit Pookkottil, Director of IT for BTS, took the initiative to find a way to increase efficiencies but decrease non-billable costs, such as travel, across the board. Ranjit turned to video conferencing to make that happen.
