For the first time in 2023, IDS hosted a series of educational blogs with industry experts. Through these presentations, we were able to provide valuable information to our clients, prospects, and the industry at large. As an audio/visual integrator, IDS is an authority on all things video conferencing. This year, we brought that expertise directly to you.

All of our blogs have been archived and can be played back at any time.

Here are the topics we covered this year:

Introducing Veta Health

Veta Health is a premier partner of IDS. They help to support our healthcare clients with augmented telehealth services.

Veta Health’s Prosper is an AI-enabled virtual care software enabling healthcare providers to engage with their patients through: real-time audio/video and asynchronous communication, device-based remote patient monitoring, personalized patient engagement, care coordination tools. The platform provides comprehensive and seamless virtual care, anywhere.

IDS Case Study: Contra Costa County

Contra Costa County is a long-time IDS client. We have helped them to set up video conferencing rooms that support both county officials, and the residents they serve. Avocor equipment is throughout the Contra Costa County ecosystem. In this presentation, you can hear directly from Avocor representatives about their innovative product lines, and get a direct testimonial from Contra Costa County’s Deputy Director of IT, Wayne Tilley.

Indiana House Bill 1167: How IDS Can Provide Targeted Solutions

The state of Indiana recently passed House Bill 1167 – which requires governing bodies of state and local agencies to stream public meetings and store those recordings for at least 90 days. As an Indiana-based audio/visual integrator, Interactive Digital Solutions (IDS) is uniquely equipped to support governing bodies in fulfilling this new requirement.

Earlier this year, two subject matter experts from IDS hosted an educational webinar on the requirements recently published as a part of this bill. Ashley Miller, Regional Sales Manager, and Steve Williams, design engineer, came together to walk representatives from Indiana governing bodies through this new bill.

The IDS team relished the opportunity to provide these educational resources in 2023, and look forward to bringing you more information in 2024! Tune in for our upcoming webinars, and contact us today if you are interested in working with the IDS team.
